Therefore, the crankshaft is required to have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the surface of the journal needs to be wear-resistant, work evenly, and have good balance.

Crankshaft rough machining will widely use advanced equipment such as CNC lathes, CNC internal milling machines, and CNC lathe broaching machines to perform CNC turning, internal milling, and turning-broaching processing on the main journal and connecting rod journal to effectively reduce the deformation of crankshaft machining. Crankshaft finishing will be widely used CNC-controlled crankshaft grinding machine for precision grinding of its journal.
